1. Shipping & Coverage
Signed physical copies of Shattered Ties purchased directly through this website are currently eligible for shipping across India. For international orders, please purchase via Amazon.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Each signed copy is personally inspected, signed by Vidushi Upadhyay, and dispatched via reliable domestic courier services. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your pin code.
3. Damages & Replacements
If your package arrives damaged in transit or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing photos or video evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement copy.
4. Cancellations & Returns
Because each book is personalized and signed by the author, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Returns are only accepted in cases of confirmed transit damage or incorrect fulfillment.
